The cooking quest series is available at level 10. After completing both quests you will receive a stove which you can put inside your Atrium. Items you cook will help you recover either HP or MP over time. You cannot move or fight while eating/drinking.
Note that feelings have two effects on food. First of all, each recipe will have a default or... stronger feeling for it than the others, and that will effect how much MP or HP you recover. Aside from that, each feeling will increase some stat you have for 15min. It is the authors opinion that the second option is more important than the first, ie. effecting a stat for 15min is more beneficial than increasing the HP/MP gained by a bit, but all information will be included here. Please read below for more details on both effects.
